El director general de Prosperidad Social, Mauricio Rodr\u00edguez Amaya (@mao_rodriguez1), anunci\u00f3 que el programa Renta Joven continuar\u00e1 su operaci\u00f3n, tal como est\u00e1 definido en el Decreto 1960 de 2023, y se fortalecer\u00e1 con una estrategia complementaria de trayectorias de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El decreto menciona que el objetivo de Renta Joven es: \u201ccontribuir a la inclusi\u00f3n social y econ\u00f3mica de la poblaci\u00f3n joven en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza y vulnerabilidad, mediante la entrega de transferencias monetarias, as\u00ed como, la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias que faciliten el acceso y la permanencia en la educaci\u00f3n superior, y la consolidaci\u00f3n de trayectorias de vida.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En trayectorias de vida, se promueve y fortalecen los modelos de econom\u00eda popular asociativos, incluidas las cooperativas juveniles, como estrategia y oferta complementaria a las transferencias econ\u00f3micas que se entregan a los j\u00f3venes estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n superior por matr\u00edcula, excelencia y permanencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNuestra propuesta es que pasemos de s\u00f3lo una transferencia a un proceso asociativo, a trav\u00e9s de cooperativas juveniles. Esta transici\u00f3n es urgente y este es un debate que vamos a abrir porque queremos que los j\u00f3venes sean aliados. Est\u00e1 probado que ninguna transferencia, como camino \u00fanico, saca a la gente de la pobreza de forma permanente\u201d, dijo Rodr\u00edguez Amaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la directriz del gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro y el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2022 – 2026, Renta Joven complementar\u00eda su transferencia monetaria con la promoci\u00f3n de la asociatividad, para fortalecer la inclusi\u00f3n productiva de los j\u00f3venes, y garantizar ingresos sostenibles y la superaci\u00f3n de condiciones de pobreza y vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avanzan mesas t\u00e9cnicas con los j\u00f3venes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El director de Prosperidad Social encabeza la articulaci\u00f3n de la entidad con los l\u00edderes de consejos estudiantiles de las 35 universidades p\u00fablicas y representantes de instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior (IES) del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estos encuentros son un espacio para dialogar sobre la continuidad del programa Renta Joven y su ampliaci\u00f3n al modelo asociativo juvenil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este di\u00e1logo propuesto por el Gobierno nacional se ampliar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s estudiantes de las IES que reciben transferencias monetarias de Renta Joven, mediante mesas regionales de encuentros t\u00e9cnicos. El cronograma para la convocatoria regional ser\u00e1 publicado pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
