Llegamos con tareas cumplidas y una hoja de ruta clara para que el proyecto d\u00e9 su siguiente paso. Nuestro compromiso es cerrar la armonizaci\u00f3n regulatoria y trabajar con Panam\u00e1 para destrabar los habilitadores en territorio\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Edwin Palma, ministro de Minas y Energ\u00eda de Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ministra de Ambiente (e), Irene V\u00e9lez Torres, destac\u00f3 la visi\u00f3n sostenible de la iniciativa. \u201cEste proyecto es clave para transportar energ\u00eda limpia del sur, rico en sol, viento y agua hacia el norte, donde se producen las mayores emisiones de CO\u2082.
