La estrategia \u201cYo tramito sin tramitadores\u201d busca alertar a la poblaci\u00f3n frente a estafas e irregularidades que afecten el acceso a la reparaci\u00f3n integral. Con el objetivo de fortalecer su impacto, la Unidad para las V\u00edctimas avanza en las jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n a los sobrevivientes del conflicto armado y a los representantes de los entes territoriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con corte al 30 de agosto, en la Direcci\u00f3n Territorial de la Unidad para las V\u00edctimas en el departamento de C\u00f3rdoba, se han recibido 157 quejas por presuntos delitos de fraude, de las cuales 60 ya fueron denunciadas ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los casos m\u00e1s frecuentes se encuentran falso testimonio, fraude procesal, fraude en el Registro \u00danico de V\u00edctimas (RUV), estafa, falsedad en documentos, fraude de subvenciones y falsedad personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La directora territorial de la entidad en C\u00f3rdoba, Martha Rodr\u00edguez, afirm\u00f3 que la entidad implementa la estrategia antifraude para alertar a los afectados por el conflicto armado, ante presuntos hechos irregulares que vulneren sus derechos \u201cla estrategia \u2018Yo tramito sin tramitadores\u2019, busca proteger los derechos de las v\u00edctimas, por lo que ellas deben saber que todos los tr\u00e1mites y servicios de la entidad son gratuitos, no requieren tramitadores, ni pagar dinero o entregar informaci\u00f3n a terceros para acceder a los servicios\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con el fin de prevenir estas estafas y fraudes, la Unidad para las V\u00edctimas adelant\u00f3 en Monter\u00eda una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento de la estrategia pedag\u00f3gica orientada a v\u00edctimas del conflicto armado, funcionarios y colaboradores de la entidad, as\u00ed como a representantes de los entes territoriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En C\u00f3rdoba, los municipios con mayor n\u00famero de reportes son Monter\u00eda, Tierralta, Los C\u00f3rdoba, Puerto Libertador, Montel\u00edbano, Valencia, Sahag\u00fan, San Pelayo, Chin\u00fa, Ceret\u00e9, Cotorra, San Andr\u00e9s de Sotavento, La Apartada, Ayapel y Canalete, donde se han identificado diferentes modalidades de enga\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, la Direcci\u00f3n de Registro y Gesti\u00f3n de la Informaci\u00f3n de la entidad, inform\u00f3 que al menos 150 personas han sido excluidas del RUV, por presuntas irregularidades en sus declaraciones, las cuales inclu\u00edan hechos como amenazas, desaparici\u00f3n forzada, desplazamiento forzado y homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esta campa\u00f1a, la Unidad para las V\u00edctimas reitera su llamado a la poblaci\u00f3n afectada por la violencia, para que no entregue informaci\u00f3n personal, no pague por tr\u00e1mites y denuncie cualquier intento de fraude ante las autoridades competentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
