El l\u00edder social y precandidato a la C\u00e1mara de Representantes por el Pacto Hist\u00f3rico, Luis Fernando Ballesteros, visit\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado el municipio de Ceret\u00e9, donde fue recibido con muestras de afecto y respaldo por parte de la comunidad. En un espacio de di\u00e1logo ciudadano, comparti\u00f3 su visi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica enmarcada en los cambios hist\u00f3ricos que impulsa hoy el gobierno nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Ballesteros destac\u00f3 que Colombia cuenta actualmente con una voz fuerte en el escenario internacional, gracias a la postura del presidente Gustavo Petro frente a temas como la defensa de la vida, la dignidad humana y la crisis clim\u00e1tica. En particular, record\u00f3 los tres mensajes principales que el mandatario llev\u00f3 a Naciones Unidas: la denuncia del genocidio contra el pueblo palestino, el llamado a la unidad de las naciones para detener la masacre y la necesidad de enfrentar la emergencia clim\u00e1tica como prioridad global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese mismo contexto, se refiri\u00f3 a la pol\u00edtica antidrogas promovida durante d\u00e9cadas por Estados Unidos, a la que calific\u00f3 como un fracaso por sus consecuencias sobre campesinos, comunidades rurales y el medio ambiente. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, la lucha debe dirigirse contra los narcotraficantes y no contra los pueblos, y resalt\u00f3 que la criminalizaci\u00f3n de los campesinos ha sido hist\u00f3ricamente un mecanismo de dominaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ballesteros tambi\u00e9n llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n sobre la relaci\u00f3n entre poder econ\u00f3mico y poder pol\u00edtico. Afirm\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds atraviesa una transformaci\u00f3n en la que la organizaci\u00f3n social empieza a ocupar un lugar central. \u201cHoy lo que se requiere es organizaci\u00f3n ciudadana para acceder de manera leg\u00edtima a la contrataci\u00f3n estatal. El clientelismo pierde terreno cuando las comunidades se empoderan y participan activamente\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su an\u00e1lisis econ\u00f3mico, cuestion\u00f3 el modelo de concentraci\u00f3n de la riqueza que, por d\u00e9cadas, profundiz\u00f3 la desigualdad y limit\u00f3 el desarrollo productivo. Explic\u00f3 que este esquema, asociado a la llamada \u201cenfermedad holandesa\u201d, gener\u00f3 dependencia y exclusi\u00f3n. En contraste, destac\u00f3 que el actual gobierno ha puesto en el centro a los trabajadores, campesinos y sectores populares, promoviendo una transformaci\u00f3n que busca mayor equidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El precandidato insisti\u00f3 en que las reformas no se consolidan \u00fanicamente desde el Congreso o la Presidencia, sino a trav\u00e9s de la movilizaci\u00f3n ciudadana y la organizaci\u00f3n popular.
