Los sujetos capturados har\u00edan parte de la Subestructura Javier Yepes Cantero, perteneciente al grupo armado organizado Clan del Golfo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como resultado de operaciones coordinadas entre tropas del Gaula Militar Sin\u00fa, de la D\u00e9cima Primera Brigada del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, y el Gaula de la Polic\u00eda de C\u00f3rdoba, fueron capturados 12 presuntos integrantes del Clan del Golfo, por los delitos de concierto para delinquir agravado con fines de extorsi\u00f3n y extorsi\u00f3n agravada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las capturas se realizaron mediante orden judicial en los municipios de Lorica, Momil, San Antero y Monter\u00eda, en C\u00f3rdoba, as\u00ed como en Corozal, Sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los detenidos figuran alias Javier o Luis, presunto cabecilla financiero de zona; alias Paola y alias Yei, presuntos coordinadores financieros, quienes habr\u00edan participado en el atentado contra el subintendente Yeiner Morelo, ocurrido el pasado 23 de abril, en Lorica, C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n se destaca la captura de alias Chino o Agust\u00edn, alias Carlitos, alias Menor, alias Cabeza de Puerco y alias Mario, se\u00f1alados como responsables del cobro de extorsiones en su \u00e1rea de injerencia criminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la operaci\u00f3n fueron incautadas dos pistolas, cartuchos de diferentes calibres, panfletos alusivos al grupo armado, tarjetas de cobro, una libreta de contabilidad y dinero en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n recopilada, la Subestructura Javier Yepes Cantero adelanta acciones delictivas como el cobro de exigencias extorsivas y homicidios selectivos en la subregi\u00f3n del Bajo Sin\u00fa, especialmente en los municipios de Lorica, Pur\u00edsima, Momil y Cotorra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los gremios m\u00e1s afectados por estas extorsiones ser\u00edan comerciantes, ganaderos, empresas privadas y contratistas de obras p\u00fablicas. Se estima que esta subestructura genera rentas criminales superiores a los 1200 millones de pesos mensuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
