La subasta super\u00f3 todas las expectativas al recibir ofertas por m\u00e1s de 2 billones de pesos, 5,1 veces el monto inicialmente ofrecido, lo que refleja el atractivo de los bonos colombianos en los mercados de deuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero la confianza no solo se evidenci\u00f3 en el mercado local. Tras 10 a\u00f1os de ausencia, C<strong>olombia regres\u00f3 al mercado europeo con una emisi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de 4.100 millones de euros en bonos globales<\/strong>, alcanzando una demanda sin precedentes de<strong>&nbsp;25.433 millones de euros,<\/strong>&nbsp;la m\u00e1s alta registrada por un pa\u00eds emergente en esa plaza. Este movimiento permite diversificar el riesgo de mercado, reducir costos de financiaci\u00f3n, mejorar el perfil de la deuda externa y ampliar la base de inversionistas internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito flexible con el FMI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En paralelo,&nbsp;<strong>el Gobierno nacional y el Banco de la Rep\u00fablica anunciaron la suspensi\u00f3n del acuerdo con el FMI sobre la l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito flexible.&nbsp;<\/strong>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el analista econ\u00f3mico Diego Cort\u00e9s, esta herramienta funcionaba como&nbsp;<strong>\u201cuna tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito de emergencia que se mantiene abierta en ese acuerdo con el FMI para poder hacer un uso r\u00e1pido en alg\u00fan momento de alta necesidad para la econom\u00eda colombiana.<\/strong>&nbsp;De hecho, en la pandemia se utiliz\u00f3 esta misma l\u00ednea por el gobierno de Iv\u00e1n Duque para atender distintos gastos y necesidades en ese momento\u201d. Sin embargo, mientras no se termine de pagar el uso anterior, el pa\u00eds no puede acceder a nuevos desembolsos, lo que hac\u00eda poco eficiente seguir pagando por su mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfEs inestable la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre el impacto de esta decisi\u00f3n, Cort\u00e9s aclar\u00f3 que no implica un deterioro en la imagen de Colombia frente a los mercados:&nbsp;<strong>\u201cEl indicador de riesgo pa\u00eds ha venido cayendo en los \u00faltimos meses, lo que muestra que no hay un efecto negativo en la percepci\u00f3n internacional.&nbsp;<\/strong>Por el contrario, el reciente \u00e9xito en la colocaci\u00f3n de deuda en Europa demuestra que la confianza de los inversionistas sigue intacta\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el ministro de Hacienda,&nbsp;<strong>Germ\u00e1n \u00c1vila<\/strong>, enfatiz\u00f3 que<strong>&nbsp;la estrategia de financiamiento busca fortalecer la sostenibilidad fiscal y consolidar al pa\u00eds como un destino confiable para la inversi\u00f3n,&nbsp;<\/strong>incluso en un contexto internacional desafiante. Adem\u00e1s, frente a la<strong>&nbsp;cancelaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito flexible con el Fondo Monetario Internacional<\/strong>, el jefe de la cartera de hacienda afirm\u00f3 que no estaba en la programaci\u00f3n de los endeudamientos del gobierno el uso de esta l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito; por lo tanto, sostenerla implicaba estar pagando comisiones que no son convenientes de sostener. Adicionalmente, menciona el ministro que esta l\u00ednea pod\u00eda ser vista como un respaldo suplementario para las reservas internacionales, pero en este momento el n\u00famero de las reservas es totalmente satisfactorio.
