{"id":2223,"date":"2025-10-22T14:55:40","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T14:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/?p=2223"},"modified":"2025-10-22T14:55:46","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T14:55:46","slug":"en-monteria-se-sigue-modernizando-el-alumbrado-publico-impactando-el-medio-ambiente-la-seguridad-y-el-ahorro-energetico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/?p=2223","title":{"rendered":"*EN MONTER\u00cdA SE SIGUE MODERNIZANDO EL ALUMBRADO P\u00daBLICO IMPACTANDO EL MEDIO AMBIENTE, LA SEGURIDAD Y EL AHORRO ENERG\u00c9TICO*"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A <a><\/a>prop\u00f3sito del D\u00eda Mundial de la Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica, el alcalde de Monter\u00eda, Hugo Kerguel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda, entreg\u00f3 un balance de la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema de alumbrado p\u00fablico, una decisi\u00f3n de gobierno que ha tra\u00eddo impactos en la seguridad, el ahorro energ\u00e9tico y en el medio ambiente con la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de gases de efecto invernaderos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este trabajo se realiza de la mano de la concesi\u00f3n que opera y mantiene el alumbrado p\u00fablico, Elec S.A., que ejecuta anualmente el plan de acci\u00f3n que traza la administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los principales objetivos de los proyectos de modernizaci\u00f3n del alumbrado p\u00fablico es la reducci\u00f3n del consumo de energ\u00eda, buscando lograr eficiencias del entre el 40% y hasta el 60%, sin afectar la calidad de la iluminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/565687067_122108402067021965_4575410150716022853_n-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/565687067_122108402067021965_4575410150716022853_n-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/565687067_122108402067021965_4575410150716022853_n-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/565687067_122108402067021965_4575410150716022853_n-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/565687067_122108402067021965_4575410150716022853_n.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, una luminaria de sodio de 70 W puede ser reemplazada por una luminaria LED de 30 W, ofreciendo una mejor iluminaci\u00f3n con un consumo significativamente menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al cierre del a\u00f1o 2024, el municipio contaba con 11.021 luminarias LED, de un total de 37.143 luminarias, lo que representaba aproximadamente un 30% del sistema en tecnolog\u00eda led. Durante el a\u00f1o 2025, se han ejecutado nuevas modernizaciones y expansiones del servicio, alcanzando a la fecha un total de 13.815 luminarias LED. Este incremento refleja tanto las expansiones hacia sectores que anteriormente no contaban con alumbrado p\u00fablico, como el cambio de luminarias en sodio o metal halidepor tecnolog\u00eda led, la cual es m\u00e1s eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl municipio de Monter\u00eda cuenta hoy con un 36% de su sistema de alumbrado p\u00fablico bajo tecnolog\u00eda LED, y a\u00fan se encuentran programadas nuevas intervenciones para seguir aumentando este porcentaje a lo largo del presente a\u00f1o. Hemos venido haciendo esfuerzos presupuestales importantes para no solo tener un sistema moderno y eficiente, sino que las comunidades en los barrios y comunas, disfruten del confort que genera la iluminaci\u00f3n led\u201d, se\u00f1alo el alcalde Hugo Kerguel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia ambiental, la modernizaci\u00f3n se refleja principalmente en la disminuci\u00f3n de la huella de carbono, ya que, a menor consumo energ\u00e9tico, menor es la cantidad de emisiones indirectas de CO\u2082generadas por el sistema el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*El impacto ambiental de la modernizaci\u00f3n*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/568581059_122108402109021965_8546082109083326849_n-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/568581059_122108402109021965_8546082109083326849_n-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/568581059_122108402109021965_8546082109083326849_n-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/568581059_122108402109021965_8546082109083326849_n-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/568581059_122108402109021965_8546082109083326849_n.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En Monter\u00eda, las modernizaciones realizadas entre los a\u00f1os 2024 y 2025 han permitido desmontar 1.286 luminarias de sodio en sus diferentes potencias (70 W, 150 W, 250 W y 400 W), las cuales fueron reemplazadas por luminarias LED de potencias equivalentes, pero con consumos reducidos a la mitad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los registros t\u00e9cnicos, las luminarias de sodio retiradas representaban un consumo total de 90.020 W, equivalente a 394.287,6 kWh\/a\u00f1o y una emisi\u00f3n estimada de 158.897,9 toneladas de CO\u2082equivalente (TonCO\u2082eq).
