La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 tras el fracaso de las negociaciones colectivas, luego de que la Asamblea General de Afiliados rechazara la propuesta administrativa por no abordar puntos esenciales del pliego de peticiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan David Carvajal, presidente de SINTRATEFI, y Nohora Bernal, miembro de la junta directiva, detallaron en rueda de prensa la situaci\u00f3n precaria de gran parte de la fuerza laboral de la entidad. Comfacor emplea a 652 trabajadores, de los cuales 524 est\u00e1n bajo contratos a t\u00e9rmino fijo, y 309 de estos desempe\u00f1an funciones consideradas permanentes y esenciales para la operaci\u00f3n de la Caja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**El N\u00facleo del Conflicto: Precariedad Laboral**<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carvajal enfatiz\u00f3 que el sindicato, fundado precisamente para combatir la inestabilidad, centr\u00f3 su pliego de peticiones exclusivamente en la certeza laboral, evitando solicitar bonificaciones o beneficios extralegales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"711\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-23-at-6.35.59-AM-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-23-at-6.35.59-AM-1.jpeg 711w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-23-at-6.35.59-AM-1-300x154.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta sindical buscaba garantizar pr\u00f3rrogas contractuales de al menos dos a\u00f1os para aquellos con tres o m\u00e1s a\u00f1os de servicio, siempre que cumplieran con criterios de necesidad de servicio, buen desempe\u00f1o y ausencia de sanciones. SINTRATEFI argumenta que esta propuesta es viable, citando precedentes internos (contratos de 2 y 3 a\u00f1os en 2021 y 2025) y jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional (Sentencia C-016 de 1998) que respalda la renovaci\u00f3n contractual cuando la labor persiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En contraste, la Direcci\u00f3n Administrativa ofreci\u00f3 pr\u00f3rrogas \u00fanicamente a discreci\u00f3n de la gerencia y solo para aquellos con ocho o m\u00e1s a\u00f1os de servicio, dejando desprotegida a la mayor\u00eda del personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un aspecto que subraya la gravedad de la situaci\u00f3n es el caso de un empleado con m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os de servicio en Comfacor que a\u00fan no ha sido nombrado en propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Llamado a las Autoridades**<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el estancamiento, SINTRATEFI ha solicitado formalmente al Ministerio del Trabajo la conformaci\u00f3n del Tribunal de Arbitramento. Asimismo, han hecho un llamado a la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar, la Procuradur\u00eda y la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo para que acompa\u00f1en y vigilen el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSin estabilidad laboral no hay misi\u00f3n social posible,\u00bb declar\u00f3 Carvajal, cuestionando la coherencia de una entidad dedicada al bienestar social mientras precariza a quienes sostienen su operaci\u00f3n.
