Entre septiembre y octubre, la entidad atendi\u00f3 a 697 personas en ciudades como Toronto y Montreal (Canad\u00e1) y Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona y Sevilla (Espa\u00f1a) gestionando novedades en el Registro \u00danico de V\u00edctimas (RUV) y actualizaci\u00f3n de datos, entre otros tr\u00e1mites.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con un balance positivo cerraron las dos jornadas de atenci\u00f3n presencial realizadas por la Unidad para las V\u00edctimas en Canad\u00e1 y Espa\u00f1a, al tramitar 1.152 solicitudes relacionadas con procesos de indemnizaciones, actualizaci\u00f3n de datos y novedades en el Registro \u00danico de V\u00edctimas (RUV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las jornadas se desarrollaron en el marco de la estrategia \u201cDel Escritorio al Territorio\u201d, en la que la entidad y los profesionales del Grupo de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas en el Exterior (GAVE), atendieron a 697 personas y realizaron 158 caracterizaciones, por su parte la Canciller\u00eda tom\u00f3 90 declaraciones, beneficiando a 352 personas en ciudades como Toronto y Montreal (Canad\u00e1) y Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona y Sevilla (Espa\u00f1a).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La coordinadora del GAVE, de la Unidad para las V\u00edctimas, Claudia Guti\u00e9rrez, destac\u00f3 la importancia de estas jornadas: \u201cLa entidad le cumple a las v\u00edctimas en el exterior garantizando el acceso a sus derechos. A trav\u00e9s de la estrategia \u2018Del Escritorio al Territorio\u2019, tambi\u00e9n estamos yendo del escritorio al exterior y traspasando fronteras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estas atenciones presenciales se lograron gracias al trabajo articulado con el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores para acercar la oferta institucional a la poblaci\u00f3n v\u00edctima domiciliada en estos dos pa\u00edses. Por ello, la relaci\u00f3n permanente con la Canciller\u00eda y los consulados es de vital importancia para asegurar la adecuada orientaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
