Esto, en atenci\u00f3n a las pruebas aportadas en juicio por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n que dan cuenta de que brindaron apoyo econ\u00f3mico al bloque Elmer C\u00e1rdenas de las extintas Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de Ronal Palacios Roma\u00f1a, Sa\u00fal Buritic\u00e1 Cifuentes, Jorge Am\u00e9zquita Garc\u00eda y Juan Guillermo Hern\u00e1ndez Truten, quienes, ejerciendo posiciones directivas y de responsabilidad t\u00e9cnica y administrativa, entre 1997 y 1999, permitieron que la compa\u00f1\u00eda maderera realizara pagos mensuales que oscilaban entre los 20 y 30 millones de pesos a la estructura paramilitar y proporcionaron infraestructura de comunicaciones, como antenas repetidoras, para los componentes armados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parte de las evidencias recaudadas en el curso de la investigaci\u00f3n, liderada por un fiscal de la Direcci\u00f3n de Justicia Transicional, se obtuvo en el operativo que realiz\u00f3 el CTI en el parqueadero Padilla de Medell\u00edn (Antioquia), el 30 de abril de 1998. All\u00ed se encontraron informes contables de las AUC en los que la empresa de maderas aparec\u00eda relacionada con aportes a la \u2018Finca Guamal\u2019, nombre encriptado para el bloque Elmer C\u00e1rdenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sentencia indica que el v\u00ednculo entre la compa\u00f1\u00eda maderera y el grupo armado ilegal no fue un hecho aislado, sino el resultado de un acuerdo econ\u00f3mico y funcional que garantiz\u00f3 la continuidad de las operaciones empresariales con la protecci\u00f3n de la estructura paramilitar, con una relaci\u00f3n de beneficio rec\u00edproco entre el sector privado y el bloque Elmer C\u00e1rdenas en Choc\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el curso de la investigaci\u00f3n se obtuvieron pruebas que dan cuenta de aportes de hasta 30 millones de pesos mensuales al bloque Elmer C\u00e1rdenas de las extintas Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC).
