{"id":2772,"date":"2025-11-19T17:31:46","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T17:31:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/?p=2772"},"modified":"2025-11-19T17:31:50","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T17:31:50","slug":"empresas-de-vigilancia-en-colombia-estarian-en-la-mira-por-los-entes-de-control","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/?p=2772","title":{"rendered":"*EMPRESAS DE VIGILANCIA EN COLOMBIA ESTAR\u00cdAN EN LA MIRA POR LOS ENTES DE CONTROL*"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a><\/a>Les caer\u00e1n a todas las empresas de vigilancia en Colombia: Supervigilancia destapa irregularidades con descuentos que afectan salarios de los vigilantes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada encendi\u00f3 las alarmas y anunci\u00f3 medidas contundentes contra las empresas del sector, tras detectar pr\u00e1cticas ilegales que est\u00e1n afectando directamente los salarios de miles de vigilantes en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos accionando hoy a las empresas\u201d, advirti\u00f3 El Quim Benavides, superintendente delegado para la operaci\u00f3n, al se\u00f1alar que la entidad ha reforzado sus controles tras descubrir maniobras que van en contra de la ley y perjudican a los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benavides record\u00f3 que cualquier persona que aspire a desempe\u00f1arse como vigilante debe certificarse a trav\u00e9s de una academia, y ese costo s\u00ed corresponde al trabajador. Pero enfatiz\u00f3 que todas las dem\u00e1s capacitaciones obligatorias hacen parte de las responsabilidades de las compa\u00f1\u00edas contratantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ley colombiana, particularmente el decreto 1565 de 2022, determina que las empresas de vigilancia deben garantizar la formaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n permanente de sus empleados, con el fin de fortalecer las competencias, habilidades y destrezas necesarias para su labor en residencias, centros comerciales y otros espacios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero la Supervigilancia descubri\u00f3 que algunas empresas est\u00e1n trasladando indebidamente esos costos a los vigilantes, cobr\u00e1ndoles las capacitaciones y descontando el valor de sus salarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn ocasiones hacen que un vigilante pague la capacitaci\u00f3n. Le descuentan la plata; por eso las estamos sancionando. Eso no debe ser as\u00ed. Es una obligaci\u00f3n de las empresas de vigilancia como en todo\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No solo esas irregularidades ha detectado la autoridad. En recientes inspecciones, la Supervigilancia ha encontrado que varias compa\u00f1\u00edas de vigilancia cambian constantemente de representante legal, un tr\u00e1mite que, aunque no est\u00e1 prohibido, puede resultar sospechoso. \u201cDe cara a eso, hoy estamos visitando a todas las empresas.
