De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n publicada por el medio financiero, el petrolero ruso Seahorse se vio obligado a dar media vuelta despu\u00e9s de ser interceptado por el destructor estadounidense USS Stockdale, desplegado en la regi\u00f3n. La embarcaci\u00f3n ten\u00eda como fecha estimada de llegada el 13 de noviembre, pero la presencia del nav\u00edo militar de EE. UU. frustr\u00f3 su ingreso a aguas venezolanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
