Los C\u00f3rdobas, 25 de noviembre de 2025- Cumpliendo su palabra, este martes 25 de noviembre el gobernador Erasmo Zuleta Bechara llev\u00f3 a cabo la segunda mesa de concertaci\u00f3n con las comunidades del corregimiento de Puerto Rey y las veredas Minuto de Dios y Galilea, en el municipio de Los C\u00f3rdobas, con el fin de avanzar en soluciones urgentes frente a la grave problem\u00e1tica de erosi\u00f3n costera que por a\u00f1os ha afectado a esta zona y que, recientemente, motiv\u00f3 el bloqueo de la v\u00eda Monter\u00eda\u2013Urab\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el encuentro participaron el alcalde de Los C\u00f3rdobas, Juan Carlos Yances, delegados de la ANI y una amplia representaci\u00f3n de la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el gobernador Zuleta reconoci\u00f3 la preocupaci\u00f3n leg\u00edtima de las familias afectadas y reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con defender el territorio costanero. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ha faltado voluntad de los Gobiernos centrales para enfrentar esta situaci\u00f3n y asegur\u00f3 que, como gobernador, responde de manera integral por la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El mandatario record\u00f3 que la erosi\u00f3n costera afecta toda la franja litoral cordobesa y que la Gobernaci\u00f3n ha invertido m\u00e1s de 180 mil millones de pesos en los municipios costaneros durante los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zuleta fue enf\u00e1tico en que la soluci\u00f3n definitiva requiere decisiones del nivel central. \u201cNecesitamos que el Gobierno nos diga c\u00f3mo nos va a ayudar. No podemos tener una concesi\u00f3n que sigue cobrando peajes pero no le responde al departamento\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Gobernador invit\u00f3 a la comunidad a escoger delegados para asistir a la reuni\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del 26 de noviembre, en la que participar\u00e1n alcaldes, Ruta al Mar, ANI, Inv\u00edas y delegados del Ministerio de Transporte, y en la que se esperan decisiones firmes. A partir de este proceso, anunci\u00f3 los compromisos principales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abObtener claridad oficial sobre el plan de mantenimiento e inversiones en corredores viales no concesionados; definir un plan de acci\u00f3n con responsabilidades y un cronograma concreto para cada instituci\u00f3n nacional; asegurar compromisos verificables para la intervenci\u00f3n oportuna de los tramos en estado cr\u00edtico; y definir acciones urgentes frente a la situaci\u00f3n de erosi\u00f3n costera. En caso de no obtener respuesta del Gobierno central, la Gobernaci\u00f3n realizar\u00e1 un convenio con la Alcald\u00eda de Los C\u00f3rdobas para financiar estudios y avanzar en obras urgentes de protecci\u00f3n costera, previa autorizaci\u00f3n de la ANI\u00bb, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el mandatario reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con la comunidad. \u201cMientras sea gobernador, no permitir\u00e9 que desv\u00eden la v\u00eda. Nuestro deber es proteger a las familias y garantizar que el mar no siga destruyendo sus viviendas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
