Desde el 16 de julio de 2025, la jornada m\u00e1xima semanal pas\u00f3 de 46 a 44 horas, sin reducci\u00f3n salarial ni p\u00e9rdida de derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-31-at-12.26.23-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3510\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-31-at-12.26.23-PM.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-31-at-12.26.23-PM-300x150.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ley 1920 de 2018, conocida como la \u201cley del vigilante\u201d, permite turnos de hasta 12 horas diarias por la naturaleza del servicio. Sin embargo, solo ocho horas se consideran jornada ordinaria. Adem\u00e1s, desde julio de 2025, toda labor que supere las 44 horas semanales debe ser remunerada como extra, conforme a la ley.
