El gremio solicit\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n inmediata de la medida mientras se resuelve el proceso judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fenalco asegur\u00f3 que el Gobierno no aplic\u00f3 las variables exigidas por la ley, como inflaci\u00f3n, productividad y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, y en su lugar adopt\u00f3 el concepto de \u201csalario vital\u201d, basado en referencias internacionales que \u2014seg\u00fan el gremio\u2014 no son obligatorias en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector comercial advirti\u00f3 que el incremento podr\u00eda generar mayor inflaci\u00f3n, p\u00e9rdida de empleo formal, aumento de la informalidad y el cierre de miles de mipymes.
