Con el objetivo de coordinar acciones conjuntas que permitan afrontar cualquier escenario econ\u00f3mico, hoy el alcalde de Monter\u00eda, Hugo Kerguel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda, lider\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con representantes de los principales gremios empresariales y productivos de la ciudad, para analizar el impacto que tendr\u00eda el ajuste del salario m\u00ednimo proyectado para el a\u00f1o 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el encuentro, se evaluaron los posibles efectos del incremento del salario m\u00ednimo en los distintos sectores econ\u00f3micos, as\u00ed como su incidencia en el empleo, los costos operativos y la sostenibilidad de las empresas. Cada gremio comparti\u00f3 su an\u00e1lisis sobre c\u00f3mo este ajuste podr\u00eda impactar sus \u00e1reas, permitiendo una visi\u00f3n integral de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El mandatario destac\u00f3 que la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal mantiene una postura preventiva y de di\u00e1logo permanente con el sector privado, buscando construir soluciones de manera articulada que protejan el empleo, fortalezcan la competitividad y garanticen el equilibrio econ\u00f3mico del territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abLa clave est\u00e1 en anticiparnos, escuchar a todos los sectores y trabajar unidos para afrontar cualquier situaci\u00f3n que pueda derivarse de las decisiones econ\u00f3micas a nivel nacional\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed mismo, indic\u00f3 que: \u00abEstamos estableciendo un proceso de construcci\u00f3n conjunta que nos permita salir adelante, d\u00e1ndole un dinamismo mayor a la econom\u00eda para volvernos m\u00e1s productivos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la reuni\u00f3n participaron representantes de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Monter\u00eda, Asobares, Ganacor, Camacol, ProMonter\u00eda, Fenalco, Acodres y Asdemin, entre otros gremios, as\u00ed como el Gerente de Ciudad, Ra\u00fal Badillo; el secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, Jos\u00e9 Nicol\u00e1s Barrios y los gerentes de Empleo, Iv\u00e1n Pacheco, y Emprendimiento, Ana L\u00f3pez, quienes coincidieron en la necesidad de mantener estos espacios de concertaci\u00f3n para afrontar de manera coordinada los cambios econ\u00f3micos que se podr\u00edan avecinar y dise\u00f1ar estrategias que permitan mitigar riesgos y aprovechar oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
