El sujeto, quien estar\u00eda implicado en al menos 12 homicidios perpetrados en la regi\u00f3n, presentaba requerimientos judiciales por varios delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En desarrollo de operaciones desplegadas por tropas del Gaula Militar Sin\u00fa, bajo el direccionamiento de la D\u00e9cima Primera Brigada del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, en articulaci\u00f3n con el CTI de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y con el apoyo de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, se produjo la captura en flagrancia de alias Risa o el Negro, presunto jefe de sicarios del grupo armado organizado Clan del Golfo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El hecho se registr\u00f3 en la vereda Tres Puertas del corregimiento San Isidro, zona rural de Monter\u00eda, C\u00f3rdoba. Durante la operaci\u00f3n las autoridades incautaron un rev\u00f3lver calibre 38 mil\u00edmetros, municiones, una motocicleta y un celular, que se encontraban en poder de este sujeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n aportada por inteligencia, alias Risa contar\u00eda con una trayectoria delictiva de aproximadamente 8 a\u00f1os y har\u00eda parte del componente criminal focalizado de la Subestructura Javier Yepes Cantero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mencionado individuo se desempe\u00f1ar\u00eda como jefe de sicarios y ser\u00eda el encargado de coordinar los homicidios selectivos, secuestros, expendio de estupefacientes, as\u00ed como de dinamizar los cobros extorsivos en el \u00e1rea urbana y rural de la capital cordobesa, especialmente en los sectores de San Isidro, Galilea, Guateque, San Anterito y Santa Isabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con las investigaciones, se le atribuye presunta participaci\u00f3n en al menos 12 homicidios y tendr\u00eda bajo su mando a 6 miembros de la organizaci\u00f3n, los cuales cumpl\u00edan diferentes roles y funciones delictivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras ser dejado a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades competentes para el cumplimiento de los respectivos procesos judiciales, el capturado fue imputado con los presuntos delitos de homicidio, concierto para delinquir y porte ilegal de armas de fuego, y cobijado con medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad en establecimiento carcelario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
