La condena fue emitida por el Juzgado Segundo Promiscuo del Circuito de Montel\u00edbano en la lectura de fallo llevada a cabo este lunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cura Buelvas fue declarado culpable del delito de violaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen legal o constitucional de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades, tipificado en el art\u00edculo 408 del C\u00f3digo Penal Colombiano. La justicia determin\u00f3 que el exalcalde incurri\u00f3 en esta falta al firmar un contrato en abril de 2020, en plena emergencia por la COVID-19, con la empresa Son Impresores S.A.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"373\" height=\"387\" src=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/528043668_1338974624901698_3624564176819870411_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-610\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/528043668_1338974624901698_3624564176819870411_n.jpg 373w, https:\/\/turadio.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/528043668_1338974624901698_3624564176819870411_n-289x300.jpg 289w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 373px) 100vw, 373px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La controversia surge porque el representante legal de dicha compa\u00f1\u00eda, \u00d3scar Salcedo Gonz\u00e1lez, hab\u00eda sido un financiador de la campa\u00f1a pol\u00edtica de Cura Buelvas, seg\u00fan consta en los registros del Fondo Nacional de Financiaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Consejo Nacional Electoral. El contrato en cuesti\u00f3n, valorado en $6.188.000, correspond\u00eda al suministro de 40.000 calcoman\u00edas para la identificaci\u00f3n de ayudas humanitarias distribuidas durante la crisis sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante recordar que, en su momento, cuando la Fiscal\u00eda imput\u00f3 los cargos en 2020, el exalcalde Cura Buelvas hab\u00eda negado haber cometido irregularidades.
