Con el objetivo de garantizar un ambiente \u00f3ptimo de concentraci\u00f3n y tranquilidad para los estudiantes que presentar\u00e1n las Pruebas Saber 11 este domingo 10 de agosto, la Alcald\u00eda de Monter\u00eda, en articulaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana, implementar\u00e1 un conjunto de medidas especiales en los entornos escolares de la ciudad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En total, 6.092 estudiantes monterianos presentar\u00e1n estas pruebas fundamentales para su acceso a la educaci\u00f3n superior. De ellos, 4.142 pertenecen a instituciones educativas oficiales, incluidos los Megacolegios y la IE Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de F\u00e1tima, 1.138 provienen de instituciones no oficiales y 812 hacen parte de institutos de educaci\u00f3n para j\u00f3venes y adultos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este contexto, y dando cumplimiento a la Ley Antirruido, la administraci\u00f3n municipal no otorgar\u00e1 permisos para eventos o actividades que generen altos niveles de ruido cerca de las sedes educativas, y mantendr\u00e1 controles estrictos sobre los horarios y el funcionamiento de establecimientos nocturnos, con el fin de prevenir alteraciones del orden p\u00fablico que puedan interferir con el descanso y concentraci\u00f3n de los estudiantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Ley Antirruido, normativa vigente a nivel nacional, regula la emisi\u00f3n de sonidos molestos y establece sanciones para quienes afecten la convivencia mediante contaminaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana realizar\u00e1 operativos de vigilancia y atenci\u00f3n inmediata a reportes de ruido. Se invita a los ciudadanos a reportar cualquier infracci\u00f3n llamando al 123 y a colaborar con evidencias (videos, audios, testimonios).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hay que indicar que la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana tiene competencia para intervenir, sancionar y desactivar las fuentes de ruido que alteren la convivencia. Las sanciones var\u00edan entre 2 y 16 salarios m\u00ednimos diarios legales vigentes, dependiendo de la gravedad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEste es un momento crucial para miles de j\u00f3venes monterianos. Desde la administraci\u00f3n municipal, estamos comprometidos en crear las condiciones necesarias para que puedan rendir al m\u00e1ximo en esta jornada que marca su futuro acad\u00e9mico y profesional\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el alcalde Hugo Kerguel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
